Return & Refund Policy – Bareminimum

At BareMinimum, we believe in keeping things simple and fair. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition you received it

  • Be in the original packaging with all included accessories (if applicable)

  • Not be damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care

We may not accept returns that don’t meet these conditions.


2. Return Timeframe

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Requests made after this period may not be eligible.


3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at Bareminimumstoree@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the product (if applicable)

We’ll guide you through the next steps once your request is reviewed.


4. Refund Process & Timing

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 48 hours.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note: Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • You received a defective or damaged item

  • You received the wrong product

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.


6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 2 days of delivery

  • Include clear photos or videos showing the issue

We’ll resolve this as quickly as possible, at no additional cost to you.


7. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable goods (if applicable)

  • Personal care or hygiene-related items (if opened)

  • Any item marked as non-returnable


8. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or missing returns.
